| Delta Dental: 45% of U.S. Parents Report Missing Work Due to Children's Oral Health Issues |
When it comes to their kids, working parents take time off for all kinds of reasons, some planned and some not. Delta Dental Plans Association has honed in on one particular reason – missed work due to their kid's oral health issues. According to a Delta Dental survey of the nation's working parents, in 2015, 39 percent missed work for this reason. This past year, that number jumped by six percent.
